The business was incorporated in November 1998 and was originally based in Southwell, Nottinghamshire. Subsequently the practice now works mainly in Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire. Currently there are projects across the UK which is expected to continue.

A wide variety of work has been undertaken by the practice, which continues to be the case, with the principle roles being:

• Measured surveying
• Claims and expert witness

The senior level reached and broad experience gained by Martin Hubbard, included an equity partnership in a leading firm of Nottingham architects. The business has attracted and undertaken wide ranging types and sizes of commissions, run in a mature and professional manner.

The business is run by Martin Hubbard with the philosophy that the practice size shall be constrained to enable all commissions to be undertaken by Martin. Additional support when required is provided by associated architectural technicians, surveyors and engineers working for the practice.
